Material Handling for Warehouses, 3PLs & Distribution Centers

The electric pallet jacks in our catalog are rated from 2,000 to 8,000 lb. The NIOSH single-person lifting limit is 51 lb. Closing that gap with machines instead of people is the entire job — and it is what every category on this page is for: pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts, dock equipment, and lift tables, from one distributor on one purchase order.

Follow the Pallet, Dock to Pick Line

Eight zones a pallet passes through in a distribution building, in the order it meets them. Every one is covered from the existing catalog — pick the zone you are solving for.

Dock & receiving

Where the freight arrives. Dock levelers, edge-of-dock plates, dock boards, and trailer access — 1,267 SKUs, our deepest category by a wide margin, because dock work is where sizing goes wrong most often.

Yard & ground-level loading

No dock, or more trailers than dock doors. Yard ramps put a forklift into a trailer from grade, and they move — a leased building keeps its ramp when the lease ends.

Pallet movement

The highest-frequency job in the building. Manual trucks for occasional moves, electric jacks when pallets are constant, and cold-room-rated units for the freezer side.

See pallet jacks

Stacking & putaway

Walkie and platform stackers lift a pallet to rack height in aisles a counterbalanced truck cannot turn in — at about a third of the entry price of our forklift line.

Forklift fleet

New with the NobleLift line: 106 models, rated 1,500 lb to 22,000 lb. Counterbalanced electric, lithium-ion, narrow-aisle reach trucks, order pickers, and tow tractors.

Ergonomic workstations

Pallets built and broken down by hand are a stack of bends. Lift tables and self-leveling pallet positioners hold the working layer at waist height instead.

Carts & order picking

The last hundred feet. Heavy-duty utility and picking carts, A-frame and security carts, plus bin and shelf cabinets for parts staging on the pick line.

Overhead lifting & maintenance

The bay that keeps the fleet running. Electric chain hoists and jib cranes for pulling battery packs, drive units, and gearboxes without a two-person lift.

New Line: NobleLift Forklifts

The Forklift Line — 106 Models, Electric and Lithium

NobleLift joined the catalog as our eighth brand, and it brings the piece we could not sell before: actual forklifts. Counterbalanced electric, lithium-ion, narrow-aisle reach trucks, order pickers, and tow tractors, rated 1,500 lb to 22,000 lb. The manufacturer spec sheet is attached to every product page as a PDF, and every forklift order gets an application review call before we release it to the supplier — a truck this size is not something to guess at.

Manual · Galvanized · Electric · Cold Room

Pallet Movement, Priced as a Ladder

Same job, six different answers, and the right one comes down to how many pallets a shift and how far they travel. A manual truck is the right call for occasional moves. Electric takes over when the flow is constant or the hauls are long. Galvanized steel holds up on wet floors, the freezer-rated unit is built for condensation in the walk-in, and the last one is the heavy-duty end of the electric line — 950 lb of machine under a 4,000 lb rating. Listed cheapest first, at catalog list price.

Putaway Without a Seated Truck

Stackers — Rack Height in a Walk-Behind Footprint

Not every putaway needs a seated forklift. A walkie stacker lifts a pallet to rack height in an aisle a counterbalanced truck cannot turn in, and it starts at roughly a third of what our forklift line does. Ours reach 75 to 167 inches at 2,600 to 3,000 lb, alongside a platform hydraulic stacker for non-pallet loads and a narrow-mast DC unit for tight back-of-house runs. Every powered truck here still needs a trained operator.

Pick the Right Machine

Which Machine Moves Your Pallet?

Five machine classes do most of the pallet work in a warehouse, and they are not interchangeable. Capacity, lift height, and starting price below are pulled straight from our current catalog — not a manufacturer brochure.

How We Sell

What You Get Buying It Here

Landed, freight-included pricing

The number on the quote is the number you pay. Freight is inside the price, not added after you commit.

Spec sheets on the product pages

The NobleLift line ships with its full manufacturer PDF library attached to the products, plus a technical-specs reference.

Eight brands, one PO

Vestil, Presto, Wesco, NobleLift, Bluff, Copperloy, Valley Craft, and JET on a single purchase order.

Application review on high-ticket orders

Before a forklift or dock order is released, we confirm site access, power, and how the machine gets off the truck.

Dock & Receiving

1,267 dock SKUs — our deepest category

We deliberately do not put a three-card grid here. Dock equipment is configured, not picked off a shelf: the right leveler depends on your pit, your trailer mix, and how far the bed height swings between an air-ride van and a flatbed. Getting that wrong is expensive in a way a pallet jack never is.

So start from the shape of the problem — a pit and a permanent leveler, a bolt-on plate at the door face, a portable board, or a ramp from grade — and we will size it on a call.
