Valley Craft's Parts Carts were designed to improve window and door manufacturing efficiencies but have proven to have various useful applications. These bag carts allow you to pick, organize, transport, and store extrusions, sashes, or other small parts horizontally. The rigid vinyl bags assist in organizing parts while protecting them from damage. The unique 6-wheel design allows the cart to turn within itself in tight spaces and narrow aisles. Commonly used with long edging or small parts, these Parts Carts can be used in one-sided or dual-sided environments. One end is open for convenient access to supplies, while the other has velcro flaps, allowing you to have it open for dual-sided access or closed to keep items secure. Operate in small areas or between departments with zero-turn ability utilizing the (6) large 8” premium round tread casters: (4) swivel, (2) center rigid. Carts are available in three sizes, each with two different size openings in the vinyl bags. Easily link and transport multiple carts together by utilizing the optional hitch system accessory (pin and clevis). Valley Craft has collaborated with leading window, door, and glass manufacturers to provide material handling solutions that fit their unique needs. These innovative solutions protect work-in-process and finished goods from damage while improving productivity, enhancing employee safety, and optimizing workflow organization and control.
